Work Method
To expedite or cost‘effectively create’ a realistic budget for a new project proposal, the following minimum information is required from the Client:
– Drawings of the building or object in 2D (.dwg), with photographs, or a detailed written description describing the scenario or objective of the project requirements.
– If the project requirements involve the inclusion of specific furnishings and / or furniture, the client sholuld provide details for example, include product catalogues. We have a catalog of accessories/furniture, its use will reduce delivery time and cost.
From this information we can produce a budget proposal document in a timely manner, for consideration, or further discussion.

1- Budget approval. The client can accept the Outline Budget Proposal by submitting a payment of 50% of the agreed fee.

Detail design.
If
not already submitted at the Outline Budget Proposal stage, the
client should submit detailed information in the form of 2D drawings
(.dwg), materials to be used, photographs, desired illumination,
etc.
From this information a 3D modelling environment image can be
created for the project. These images* will be forwarded to the
client for approval, as they are developed.

Materials. Once
the basic 3D model is approved, the design will progress to adding
the materials and desired illumination, as previously specified by
the client.
Again, images* will be forwarded to the client for
approval as they are developed.
4- Viewing angles. On completion of the previous stages, the client will be expected to advise us of their chosen Viewing Angle, so that post production images* can be provided for their approval.
5- Final Render view. On approval of the previous stage, a final 4k resolution rendering will be produced. Once final payment of the 50% balance has been submitted by the client, it will be delivered.
6- Project extension. With videos, interactive tours and projects 360 would follow the same steps in the creation of the project. Each option with its peculiarities.
Regarding 3D animations consult without commitment.
Each process passed will be closed, any additional works requested during the creation process, which exceed the scope of Outline Budget Proposal, will be costed separately, and an additional budget submitted for approval.
After submission of the Final Rendered View and full payment has been made, any changes subsequently requested will be costed separately, and an additional budget submitted for approval, prior to any works being commenced.
